Key User & Project Manager in Supply Chain to Mars Nordics, Copenhagen

We are now looking for a Key User & Project Manager with analytical skills and high business acumen to join our Supply Chain team! In this role, you will be the key user for our Supply systems and driving the efficiency around them in order to secure business optimization.

This role is based in our Nordic HQ in Ørestad, Copenhagen.

About the job

The main purpose is to act as Key User for our critical supply systems and support the Supply Chain team (Demand Planners & Product Supply) with system related matters and optimizations. You will drive for systems efficiency in order to reach our business unit plan. Being the go-to person for technical systems knowledge and support, we are looking for someone who would enjoy providing excellent customer service to our internal customers.

You will for example:

  • Be the Key User for Apollo Demand to enable accurate demand forecast
  • Be the Key User for MRP to enable an effective co-packing forecast and execution as well as an accelerated replenishment process
  • Track and optimize our stock balance through iDoc
  • Support Demand Planners & Stock Controllers with consolidated reporting (SAP Business Warehouse & Atlas)

Once you are set with above mentioned Key User responsibilities, you will manage various project with direct impact on the Supply Chain process based on your interest (roll outs, physical logistics, warehouse, quality etc.). You will also provide analysis on the data and reporting you consolidate, giving you a deeper business understanding and ultimately more impact on the team performance.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has previous experience within Supply Chain, are interested in systems and would like to develop within this field.

You will report to the Demand Planning Manager within the Supply Chain organization.

  • Fluent in English and preferably one Nordic language
  • A few years’ of relevant professional experience and thereby understanding of the Supply Chain process
  • Previous experience from JDA/Apollo, SAP or other Supply Chain planning tools
  • Project management skills
  • Previous experience from FMCG or related fields is a big plus!
