Solid experience as international Business Controller?

Do you have solid experience of working as a Controller in an international environment, working with manufacturing? We have the challenge for you! The position is a new exciting role in our Group, primarily working with our companies in Finland, Latvia and Estonia.

The ideal candidate is an experienced person with good analytical skills and ”hands-on and can-do mentality”.


You will act as a Finance Business Partner to our MD’s in Finland, Latvia and Estonia. You will support the organizations to achieve its goals and act as the financial “conscience” within the companies.

Main tasks are:

  • Month-end closing & management reporting
  • Budget and forecasting
  • Ad hoc analyses
  • Customer and product profitability
  • CAPEX and project follow-up
  • Link between accounting, the business and corporate
  • Support to the management.
  • Deploy standardized ways of working and drive efficiency opportunities.

Qualifications and experience

  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in economics, accounting, business administration or equivalent
  • Have at least 5 years experience in Finance, Control and as Business Partner
  • Have good analytical skills and be able to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Be able to work independently on both monthly and long-term timeframes
  • Be able to present and influence effectively
  • Have great knowledge of the English and Finish language, both written and spoken
  • Be open to work in an international context
  • Have practical understanding of ERP and Finance systems
