That's how the discussion went one October day more than 10 years ago, when a group of experienced recruiters decided to change the recruitment industry. They did not give up, there must be a way for companies to avoid complicated processes, old-fashioned methods and unnecessarily expensive invoices - and at the same time become better at recruiting.

The solution?

A unique combination of human recruitment expertise and advanced technology and one of Sweden's first RecTech companies saw the light of day. With their own, cloud-based platform, companies for the first time gained access to a completely new technology that provides both transparency and efficient management of candidates.v

Since then, we at Roi Rekrytering have done and thought again time and time again. We have been called the industry's good rebels. Preferably that. Rebels break patterns for a greater purpose, and ours is crystal clear: We help companies become better at recruiting, on their own terms.
