Work psychology tests

For recruitment as well as development of employees and organization, we use occupational psychology tests from the global supplier Aon's Assessment Solutions, formerly Cut-e.
All tests are audited and certified by the independent certification body of Det Norske Veritas (DNV) and Buros, as well as in accordance with the ITC. The tests are available in over 40 different languages and are also mobile friendly.

Test feedback of the results to both candidate and client is included.

Adept15 / Shapes measures personality based on 15-18 personality dimensions and provides a detailed evaluation of a person's competencies in areas such as performance, interaction, personal work style, group, thought patterns and driving forces.

Scales
Scales measure logical and cognitive abilities. According to research and evidence, cognitive ability and aptitude are the sharpest selection methods for capturing job performance.
Aon's Scales tests offer a wide range of tests such as abstract logical ability, numerical ability, verbal ability, specific abilities and knowledge tests.
Motivation, drivkraft & värderingar
Views
Views measure work-related values, motivation factors and interests, as these are important parts of a successful selection and development effort.
It matters little what a person can or has experience if the person is not motivated to perform the task. In this way, Views makes a unique contribution in the context of selection and development.
